Woman airlifted after road crash
Two people have been injured following a road accident in Warwickshire.

A 46-year-old woman was driving a Ford Escort which collided with a Toyota Carina at 1720 BST on Astley Lane, Bedworth, on Thursday.

She was airlifted to Selly Oak Hospital with head and chest injuries. Her female passenger was taken to George Elliott Hospital with slight injuries.

Police at Coleshill want to speak to the driver of a Peugeot 106, believed to have driven past the scene.
