Teenager faces death crash charge

Unity Perkins "brought sunshine into everyone's life" said her family

An 18-year-old driver could be charged with causing the death of 21-year-old Cornish woman in a crash.

The man was driving near Lelant in Cornwall when his car collided with a Rover driven by Unity Perkins from Hayle in September 2008.

Police said he had been reported for causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by careless driving and other motoring offences.

A file will be submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service.

Ms Perkins' family said in a statement: "Our hearts go out to all the people who loved Unity, she brought sunshine into everyone's life."
