Man charged over father shooting

A man has been charged with the murder of a Cornish father-of-two and the attempted murder of his wife and eldest daughter at their home.

Adam Hustler, 41, died in hospital of gunshot wounds after the incident in Porth Kea, near Truro, on 20 September.

His wife Amanda, 39, was shot twice in the attack but survived, as did the couple's grown-up daughter Danielle.

John Cock, 23, from Penzance, will appear before Truro Crown Court on 21 November.
