Death crash motorcyclist is named

A 23-year-old motorcycle rider who died in a collision with a car in Cornwall has been identified as Christopher Dodd, from Helston.

Mr Dodd suffered serious injuries after he collided with a Peugeot on the B3297 at Farms Common, near Helston, on Friday afternoon.

He was taken to the Royal Cornwall Hospital, near Truro, where he later died.

Officers have appealed for witnesses to the accident to contact them.
