Knifeman robs resort bus driver

A bus driver has been threatened at knifepoint by a thief in a Cornish seaside resort.

The attack happened in the Wheal Kitty area of St Agnes late on Wednesday afternoon when a man got on a First Truronian single decker bus.

He held a knife to the driver's chest and grabbed a nylon bag of money and ran off. The driver was not injured.

The thief is described as about 5ft 6in tall, and is said to be in his 20s with a shaven head.
