Motorcycle victim named by police

A motorcyclist killed in a crash on the A39 in Cornwall has been named.

Lee Tonkin's motorcycle was involved in the accident with a lorry near Treluswell, Penryn at about 1330 BST on Wednesday.

The 35-year-old from Falmouth was pronounced dead at the scene. The lorry driver was not injured, but had to be treated in hospital for shock.

Devon and Cornwall Police have appealed to anyone who witnessed the accident to contact them.
