Protest march over post offices

People in Penzance, angered by the proposed closure of their local post offices, have marched through the town.

The post office has announced 62 branches in the county will close, including sites at Alverton and Morrab Road in Penzance.

The Post Office has identified 49 branches for closure, with 13 more replaced with a mobile service.

Local people have reacted with dismay that one in five branches in the county will be affected.
