Post-mortem tests found Michelle Crossley had 'significant' injuries
Police in Cornwall have arrested a second man in connection with the death of a woman on Sunday.

The body of 39-year-old Michelle Crossley was found at a house in Laity Wendron on the A394 near Helston.

A post-mortem examination found she had suffered "significant injuries" to her head and torso.

A 64-year-old man, arrested in Redruth on Sunday on suspicion of murder, is still being questioned at Camborne Police Station.

The second man, who is aged 42 and from Redruth, was arrested on Wednesday.

Police said Ms Crossley has suffered multiple stab wounds and head injuries.

A major incident room has been set up at Camborne Police Station and anyone with information is requested to contact police.
