The car park is being sold by private tender

A three-bedroom house for sale in a seaside village is expected to fetch the "unusually high" price of £3m.
But the modest property at Polperro, Cornwall, also comes with one of the county's busiest car parks attached.
The 554-place four-acre Crumplehorn car park is one of the only places visitors can park in the picturesque fishing village from April to September.
A spokesperson for agents Drew Pearce said privately-owned freehold car parks were "rarely seen in the market".
The car park was originally a meadow which was bought by local man Jim Beddoes in 1956 and used as an overspill car park.
200 brochures have already been sent out

Mr Beddoes bought extra land over the years and the car park now includes 20 coach-parking spaces, 25 lock-up garages and a timber-boarded shop.
His death last year has prompted the sale.
Drew Pearce's spokesperson said: "There is serious interest, we have sent out approaching 200 brochures."
A tiny loo block in the village sold for just under £30,000 last year.
