Proposal for artificial surf pool
Up to 130 full-time jobs could be created in north Cornwall if plans for a £25m water park go ahead.

The site at St Columb Major is currently home to the Spirit of the West theme park.

Plans for Retallack Surfside feature 145 new holiday homes and an artificial surf pool which could generate waves as large as 9ft (2.75m).

The holiday homes, as well as 100 surf pods, would be spread across four separate areas in the 100-acre site.

People are being asked for their feedback by 31 October.
