The road has been named as one of the country's worst for traffic

The first stretch of a £93m dual carriageway built to improve a major Cornwall traffic bottleneck is being opened to drivers.
A four-mile stretch of the A30 over Goss Moor between Indian Queens and Victoria will be opened overnight.
The rest of the route is due to open on 17 July.
The scheme aims to stop the area's annual summer traffic jams, by-passing a single-lane stretch of the road across the moor.
The scheme includes putting in a number of smaller roundabouts and a bridge so traffic will flow more easily.
It was diverted north of Goss Moor away from sensitive wildlife habitats after campaigns by business leaders, politicians and residents.
The A30 at Goss Moor was named by the AA as one of the worst areas in the country for congestion.
