The site of an horrific double murder in Cornwall is being cleared to make way for a new business.
The murder bungalow will be demolished and a new house built
Graham and Carol Fisher were killed at their bungalow behind the Perch garage near Wadebridge on Bonfire Night 2003.
The new owner of the petrol station on the A39 Atlantic Highway, has begun demolition work on the garage.
In February, Andrew Martin said the Fisher family's wish for the house to be demolished would be carried out when council permission was received.
Mr Martin is planning to move his bathroom studio business to the Perch site and a new family home will also be built.
The boarded-up bungalow and garage have been broken into on several occasions.
Brothers Lee Firkins, 31, and Robert Firkins, 33, of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, were jailed for life last February for the murders.
