Tesyn
The soft cheese is smoked over Cornish fruitwoods
A Cornish smokehouse is celebrating after its smoked goats' cheese picked up an award at the World Cheese Awards.

Cornish Cuisine's Tesyn cheese received a gold award at the ceremony held at London's Olympia.

The soft cheese, which is smoked over Cornish fruitwoods, is made at the company's smokehouse by the River Fal.

The company's Sara Ekins said: "It's a tremendous accolade and fantastic to compete at such a worldwide level, especially as we're so small."
