Help plea on benefits for elderly
Age Concern in Cornwall is appealing for volunteers to help elderly people deal with forms and paperwork.

Last year advocates helped 10,000 older people across the county and secured benefits of £1.65m.

They visit pensioners in their homes and take on a variety of tasks including making sure they have the current winter fuel allowance.

The charity is hoping professional people who have retired will consider the role.
