Young people to have their say on the services provided
Young people in Cornwall are being encouraged to take an interest in the services provided for them.

The Children's Commissioner for England, Sir Al Aynsley-Green, is among delegates at the annual Children and Young People's Partnership conference.

The programme for the event has been specifically set to allow youngsters to attend after school hours.

They will take part in workshops on topics such as youth democracy, care services and education.

Chairman of the Children and Young People's Partnership, Dean Ashton, said: "In the last two years the partnership has helped transform services for children and young people in Cornwall."

He added: "We have much to celebrate but also recognise that we need to continue our collaboration to ensure we are meeting the needs of all children, young people and families."
