A tiny loo block in Cornwall sold for more than twice its guide price at an auction on Friday.
The building, which measures 5.7m by 2.6m, is in the fishing village of Polperro and had a guide price of £10-£15,000.
The agents Jeffreys said on Friday it had sold for just under £30,000 to a buyer from London.
Jeffreys' sales manager Richard Metherell said: "I don't know what his intentions are."
Located on the north side of the harbour in a residential area opposite the main quay, the property has views over the harbour and village.
It comes complete with three WCs, hand basins and a urinal and is connected to mains water, electricity and drainage.
