Spend a penny on loo with a view
Loo block for sale in Cornwall
The property is being auctioned later this month
A property which is anything other than bog standard is for sale in Cornwall.

A tiny loo block, which measures 5.7m by 2.6m, is in the fishing village of Polperro and has a guide price of £10-£15,000.

Located on the north side of the harbour in a residential area opposite the main quay, the property has views over the harbour and village.

It comes complete with three WCs, hand basins and a urinal and is connected to mains water, electricity and drainage.

Estate agent John Blake of Jefferys said: "Although it's quite small, it could have a number of possible uses, subject to planning permission, of course.

"It could be turned into an artist's studio or a work area for a budding author who wants to pen a novel or simply used as a storage area for someone who already lives in the village."

The property will be auctioned at Lanreath Village Hall, near Looe, on 14 July.
