In the other incident, two men were rescued from about 100ft (30m) offshore at Tregardock Beach after one lost his surfboard.
No-one was injured in either incident on Wednesday afternoon.
Surfer alarm
The Port Isaac inshore lifeboat launched at about 1655 BST on Wednesday to rescue the two male surfers on the north side of Tregardock Beach.
One had tried to get ashore and been washed onto rocks. He lost his board and found himself stuck.
The second surfer managed to get him off the rocks and then took him 100ft offshore before the alarm was raised by other surfers.
The three sisters got into trouble after surfing near Chapel Rock, near Perranporth, at about 1845 BST.
Rescuers from St Agnes coastguard, an inshore lifeboat and a helicopter attended the scene. The lifeboat managed to pluck the three to safety.
