Scylla still popular with divers
New figures show that the Scylla artificial reef in Cornwall is still proving popular with divers.

Rame Head Coastwatch staff have reported 800 dive boats and ribs heading for the wreck in Whitsand Bay in the first six months of the year.

It is estimated that Scylla adds over £1m a year to the local economy.

The vessel was decommissioned in 1993 before being bought by the National Marine Aquarium and sunk off Whitsand Bay in March 2004.
