Scheme not bottling out with aid
A voluntary organisation hopes a new scheme in Cornwall will help people get the correct medical attention quickly if it is needed at their home.

The Penzance Lions Club is handing out special containers to allow people to store medical notes in their fridge.

It is hoped vulnerable householders can get help faster if paramedics know their needs as soon as they arrive.

The "message in a bottle" is being supported by the police, fire and ambulance services.

The Lions Club said people could choose which details they wanted to include in the bottle.
