The first of a series of cycling roadshows is taking place in Cornwall.
The cycling roadshows will continue over the next two weekends
The Company Of Cyclists will be demonstrating a variety of unusual and specialist bikes in Truro on Saturday and Penzance on Sunday.
Last year the roadshows were described as "inspirational" with almost 4,000 people taking part.
As a result it is been restaged by the Cornwall Festival of Cycling this year. About 30 bicycles will be on display - including a "pedalling settee".
Information about Cornwall's network of cycle routes will be available from representatives of Sustrans - the UK charity dedicated to promoting sustainable transport.
In February the National Cycling Strategy Board said the level of cycling in Britain was among the lowest in Europe with only 2% of journeys being made on two wheels.
It claimed cycling was not being promoted or funded well enough by the government.
The Company of Cyclists demonstrations will also take place over the next two weekends.
