Council to consider Crofty plans
Plans to redevelop the site of the old South Crofty tin mine in Pool are due to be discussed by Kerrier District Council on Monday.

Multi-million pound proposals include affordable housing and a care home.

Managers at Crofty Developments are unable to start building work because their planning application is still being considered.

They claim councillors are taking too long over the plans which were submitted in February.
