Petition calls for path's finish
Nearly 500 people in west Cornwall have signed a petition calling on the county council to complete what they call a dangerous section of footpath.

The petition calls for the council to finish the footpath which runs along a road to the south of Trevenson Moor.

They are demanding improvements to the road, or a traffic management scheme as an interim measure.

The petition was started by the Tolvaddon Regeneration Group, Pool College and Illogan Parish Council.

The groups say the road is extremely dangerous for students going to and from the college.

It is being handed to the leader of the county council on Friday morning.
