Three fire crews were called to deal with a blaze at a block of flats in north Cornwall.
Emergency services were alerted to the fire in the three-storey building in Pengelly, Delabole, at about 1520 BST on Friday.
Crews from Bodmin, Delabole and Wadebridge put out the fire which was on the ground floor.
The fire was believed to have started because of an electrical fault in a tumble drier. No-one was injured.
