Better buses promise for students

Students at the new Combined Universities in Cornwall are in line for better bus services.

The government is pumping £520,395 into faster, more reliable services and better facilities in the Camborne, Pool, Redruth and Falmouth areas.

Transport Minister Karen Buck said more students would be using the buses in the area over the next five years.

The funds would prime investment for new and improved bus services by Cornwall County Council and First.
