A Cornishman who gave his daughter away at her wedding on Saturday had something else on his mind when he walked down the aisle.
After Ron Richards escorted daughter Emma to her groom's side he then awaited the arrival of his own bride.
Father and daughter wed in a joint ceremony at the Hannafore Point Hotel in West Looe at 1400 BST.
They asked other family members to act as ushers, bridesmaids and page boys ensuring it was a real family affair.
The couples, Ron and Michelle Gifford and Emma and her groom Russell Wall, live together in Callington.
The double ceremony was carried out by Penny Prisk, superintendent registrar at Liskeard Register Office.
Speaking before the ceremony she said: "It really is a case of 'Love is All Around' as the song goes.
"I have carefully chosen the words and readings for the ceremony itself to reflect the family occasion.
"Now I just have to ensure that I marry the right groom to the right bride."
