Portloe will now go through to the regional finals

Portloe, on the Roseland Peninsula, has won Cornwall's best kept village award in a competition run by the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE).
The accolade is awarded to the village which has the best community spirit and well kept environment.
St Neot and Altarnun in north Cornwall came second and third, and Boscastle was given a special mention.
Although not a winner, judges said the village kept faith by entering the competition despite last year's floods.
The winners will now go through to the regional finals.
