Licked into shape: The kiosk turns over about £39,000 a year

Buyers are being sought for a tiny wooden ice-cream kiosk in a picturesque Cornish fishing village.
The 25 square foot business is near the harbour in Polperro and is being offered for sale with a £95,000 price tag.
Thousands of summer visitors flock to the kiosk, which operates from Easter until the end of October.
The agents Miller Commercial, say the kiosk has an annual turnover in the region of £39,000.
'Superb position'
Russell Weetch, from Miller Commercial, says he is expecting strong interest from buyers within the county and further afield.
He said: "'The business enjoys a superb trading position in probably the most photogenic harbour village in Cornwall, if not England.
"The south coast area of Cornwall has seen considerable economic regeneration since the opening of the Eden Project.
"We anticipate strong interest developing in the Ice Cream Parlour from both inside and outside the county."
The current owners are selling after owning the kiosk for about six years.
