Body found in sea is identified

The body was recovered by a boat about eight miles from The Lizard

Devon and Cornwall Police say the body of a man found in the sea off the coast of Cornwall has been identified.

The body of 56-year-old Peter Solheim from Helston was recovered by a fishing boat about eight miles offshore from The Lizard on Friday.

A post-mortem examination was carried out on Saturday.

Investigations are continuing into how Mr Solheim died and police are asking anyone who may be able to help to contact them.

Mr Solheim's family has been informed.
