Man killed as car goes into ditch

A 22-year-old man was killed in Cambridgeshire when the car he was driving came off the road.

The accident happened on Friday evening on Huntingdon Road, St Neots, north of its junction with Priory Hill Road.

Laurence Oliver Moody of Rectory Close, Great Paxton, suffered fatal injuries when his Peugeot 306 left the road and ended up in a ditch.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the accident to contact them.
