An investigation is under way into the death of a man at a magazine printing plant in Peterborough.
Ian Ebbs, 43, died after he was trapped in a paper-folding machine at the St Ives Web plant in Storey's Bar Road.
The father-of-two from Morton suffered serious internal injuries in the accident and died later in hospital.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has started an investigation into the maintenance engineer's death and officers have visited the plant.
Cambridgeshire Police are assisting with the investigation and have spoken to some of Mr Ebbs' co-workers who were at the plant at the time.
An HSE spokesman said: "We have been carrying out initial investigations.
"We have talked to the company and we'll be going to see the family."
The accident happened at about 2245 BST on Monday.
Mr Ebbs became trapped in the paper-folding machine at the end of a printing press. He died in hospital a few hours after the accident.
Police and ambulance crews attended the scene and firefighters helped to free him from the machine.
