A blaze in a restaurant in the middle of Cambridge was caused by cooking which had been left unattended, an investigation has concluded.

The fire started in the kitchen of D'Arrys restaurant in King Street and spread to the roof before being brought under control.

Dozens of firefighters tackled the blaze on 12 August.

They managed to stop it spreading to nearby Christ's College though there was some heat damage to its windows.
