Alpacas' procession at cathedral

South American alpacas and a barn owl joined people with guide dogs in procession at an annual pet service at a cathedral in Cambridgeshire.

Wood Green Animal Shelter at Godmanchester held its 21st annual pet service at Ely Cathedral at lunchtime.

Canon Alan Hargrave blessed the procession of animals.

Nicola Bacon from the charity says all members of the animal kingdom were welcome and many people who live across the region and London attended.
