Cycleway to be built through town
Construction of a cycleway through a Cambridgeshire town has begun.

The one-mile route, linking the secondary school, industrial areas and recreational centre, is being built in Huntingdon as part of a larger network.

Cambridgeshire County Council said the scheme aims to link walking and cycling areas in the county's market towns.

Temporary traffic lights have been put in place for up to 15 weeks while work on the cycle route, along St Peter's Road, is completed.
