Huntley was granted legal aid to fight civil action

Soham killer Ian Huntley will have to return to court to fight a civil claim accusing him of molesting a schoolgirl.
Huntley launched a legal battle from prison denying allegations that he indecently assaulted Hailey Giblin, 20, in Cleethorpes nine years ago.
His legal team did not contest Ms Giblin's allegations at an earlier hearing and a default judgement was found in her favour.
But this judgment was overruled at Manchester County Court on Thursday.
Ms Giblin, who was 11 at the time of the alleged attack, has brought a civil claim for compensation.
Huntley, 32, who was jailed for life in 2002 after he was found guilty of murdering ten-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, denies the allegation.
The double-killer, who is originally from Grimsby, has been awarded legal aid to fund his defence.
He is currently in custody at HMP Wakefield.
