New appeal in 1996 murder inquiry
Russell Marsom
Mr Marsom's partially clothed body was found in a ditch
Detectives investigating the death of a hairdresser are renewing their appeal for information 10 years after he died.

Russell Marsom, who was 29 and from Hunstanton in Norfolk, left his home in March 1996 to go to a nightclub in Cambridge with a male friend.

His partially-clothed body was found at Milton the next day. A post-mortem examination showed he had drowned.

Police launched a major inquiry after Mr Marsom's death. One man was arrested but no charges were brought.

Last June police said the case would be reinvestigated in the light of new evidence.

Police are appealing for the public to come forward with new information.
