Anglian Water workers are striking at the end of March
Workers at Anglian Water have voted in favour of strike action over plans to change their pension scheme.

Some parts of the business are being contracted out and staff whose jobs go to tender will have to switch from their final salary pension scheme.

But Anglian Water claims staff who are transferred to a contractor will still retain the benefits of existing schemes.

The strike will take place on 30 March at depots across the region.

The company supplies water in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire.
