Boys in court over sexual assault

Three boys have appeared in court charged with a sex attack on a 12-year-old boy in a park in south Bristol.

The accused, two 12-year-olds and an 11-year-old, are alleged to have attacked the victim in Hengrove Park in September.

They are charged with sexual assault and false imprisonment. The case is being heard at Bristol Youth Court.

The names of the children cannot be released for legal reasons. They are due to appear again on 26 November.
