Car crashes into high street shop

Two people have been injured after a car crashed through the window of a fruit and vegetable shop in Keynsham near Bath.

The victims were the 77-year-old female driver, who had to be cut free from the car, and a 66-year-old man, thought to be a customer in the shop at the time.

The crash happened at about 1330 GMT at SK Fruits on the High Street.

Both of the injured are being treated in hospital. High Street and Bath Hill have now re-opened.
