More swine flu cases at college

Prior Park College
Seventeen pupils at the Bath school have contracted the virus

A further two pupils from a private Catholic school in Bath have been confirmed as having swine flu.

It brings the number of cases of the H1N1 virus in Year 9 to 17 at Prior Park College.

All the affected students have been treated with anti-viral drugs and are said to be recovering well at home.

Close contacts are also being offered the drugs as a precautionary measure. The school remains open at present and is operating as normal.
