Shop staff threatened with knife

A man armed with a knife threatened staff in a Bristol betting shop, before making off with £900.

The robber went into a branch of Coral on St Augustine's Parade, just after 1900 GMT on Monday.

Police want to talk to anyone who noticed clothing being discarded in Pipe Lane near Amelia Court.

The man is described as black or Asian, about 20 years old and of medium build. He wore a black body warmer with white stripes, dark jeans and a dark hat.
