Reindeer swoop into Bristol Zoo

Two reindeers have arrived at Bristol Zoo just in time for Christmas.

Jingle and Belle will allow visitors to stroke their velvety noses or feed them their favourite food - lichen - until 4 January.

The animals are the first reindeer to appear at the zoo in its 172-year history.

Spokeswoman Heather Holve said: "We are really looking forward to welcoming them. Christmas promises to be extra magical at the zoo this year."
