Students were tied and assaulted

A group of students were tied up in their house by four robbers in the Bishopston area of Bristol, police in the city have said.

The men forced their way into the property on Gloucester Road on Monday before threatening the students and assaulting one of them.

All four men were black, and around 25. Three were described as of medium build, the other of stocky build.

A police spokesman said a laptop computer and mobile phones were taken.

One man was around 6ft 4ins and wearing a black woollen beanie-style hat, dark clothing, and woollen gloves.

The other suspects wore dark hooded clothing and gloves. They all had covered faces.
