Jobs fair at new shopping centre

A jobs fair is being held in Bristol's new shopping centre advertising hundreds of festive opportunities over the coming months.

Job seekers will also be able to apply for specialist training courses to develop new skills and gain confidence to secure employment.

Expert staff will also be on hand to provide advice on CV writing, job applications and interview skills.

The event is open between 0930 and 2000 GMT in Cabot Circus.

The recruitment event is being held as part of the ongoing Cabot Circus Jobs programme - a partnership between developers the Bristol Alliance and West at Work which has supported local people in securing a job at Cabot Circus.

A second recruitment day will be held on Saturday 6 December.

Since opening to the public on 25 September, Cabot Circus has attracted more than two million visitors.
