Two men charged over body blaze

Two men have been charged with murdering a man whose body was found in a burning flat in Bristol.

David Hughes's body was found in Twinnell House in Stapleton Road, Easton, on Wednesday 1 October.

David Norman, 39, and Nigel Griffin, 32, who are both from the Bristol area, were charged overnight, police said.

On Tuesday magistrates remanded both men to appear at Bristol Crown Court on 14 October. A third man has now been released without charge.
