Dr Swinburn plans a 400-mile cycle ride ride

A hospital doctor is planning to cycle 400 miles through Madagascar to raise money for people with leprosy.
It will be the third time Dr Chris Swinburn, a consultant in respiratory medicine at Taunton's Musgrove Park Hospital, has visited the island.
He said: "Leprosy is still a huge problem in Madagascar and the money I raise will be used to prevent this disease as well as provide care."
He is due to set out next October and will raise funds for LEPRA.
He added: "I am very grateful to all those who have supported my efforts so far helping me raise £6,500.
"It is the thought of the huge amount that this will be able to achieve that will keep me going when the saddle is sore and the hills steep."
