Islamic fayre celebrates 10 years

The event will celebrate 10 years

Ten thousand people are expected to attend the 10th Islamic Cultural Fayre, in Bristol.

The fayre at Eastville Park, Bristol, will celebrate the theme of the mind, body and soul.

Farooq Siddique, Bristol Muslim Cultural Society spokesman, said the event was about bringing communities together.

"It's about showing the true and tolerant face of the people of Bristol and the South West, standing together."

The event will feature music, dance and food and will be held from 1200 BST until 1800 BST.
