Man cut free from overturned car

A man had to be cut free from his car after it overturned in Bristol on Saturday morning.

The accident happened on Crow Lane in the Henbury area of the city at 0815 BST, police said.

Ambulances and the fire service arrived at the scene quickly and police closed off the road.

The man's injuries were not thought to be life threatening. He was taken to hospital for tests after the incident and police appealed for witnesses.
