John Hogan will be sent to a psychiatric hospital

A man cleared of murdering his son by throwing him from a balcony in Crete has been transferred to jail in Athens.
A court on the island ruled last week that John Hogan was incapable of purposely killing Liam, six, who he leapt with from a hotel's fourth floor.
His daughter Mia survived the fall. Hogan, 33, from Bradley Stoke, near Bristol, is likely to be moved again to a psychiatric hospital, also in Athens.
The Foreign Office dismissed reports he could soon be back in the UK.
Liam died of head injuries, while Hogan and Mia suffered broken limbs in the 50ft (15m) fall on 15 August 2006.
'Diminished responsibility'
Hogan's ex-wife, Natasha, who gave evidence in court, has condemned the judging panel's decision and said what her ex-husband did was "unforgivable".
Clearing him of murder and attempted murder after a two-day hearing, Paraskeri Kiraleou, the senior judge at the trial, said: "His responsibility was diminished.
"He was incapable of murdering his son and he needs to be in a psychiatric unit for therapy."
Hogan will be in a psychiatric unit for a minimum of three years.
A Ministry of Justice spokesman said: "We would consider any request for deportation or repatriation received from foreign governments based on the facts of the individual case.
"That said, we do not comment on individual cases."
