The foyer will be open by 2009

Work on a £20m foyer building for the Colston Hall in Bristol has begun.
The new foyer will be completed in early 2009 and open in spring of that year.
It will provide what the city council describes as modern box office facilities, including new performance and exhibition spaces.
There will also be new meeting rooms, rehearsal and recording studios, education and workshop areas, two cafe bars and conference facilities.
The foyer is funded with £13m from Bristol City Council and a £7m grant from Arts Council England.
